分布式光伏電站通常是指利用分散式資源,裝機(jī)規(guī)模較小的、布置在用戶(hù)附近的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng),它一般接入低于35千伏或更低電壓等級(jí)的電網(wǎng)。分布式光伏電站包括屋頂電站、光伏建筑一體化、農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)、漁光互補(bǔ)等。和我們普通居民相關(guān)的主要是家庭分布式光伏電站,其特點(diǎn)是安裝容量小、流程簡(jiǎn)單、收益穩(wěn)定,也是國(guó)家補(bǔ)貼相對(duì)高的一種分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)。

家用光伏電站業(yè)主的補(bǔ)貼款由國(guó)家的可再生能源發(fā)展基金支付,并由電網(wǎng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)付。所以補(bǔ)貼收益由電網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)給業(yè)主,具體方式各地略有區(qū)別。一般情況下電網(wǎng)會(huì)記錄業(yè)主的銀行卡號(hào),定期往銀行卡里發(fā)放補(bǔ)貼,一個(gè)季度或半年發(fā)放一次。

以北京為例,自發(fā)自用余電上網(wǎng)模式下,度電補(bǔ)貼收益為0.72元/度(其中國(guó)家補(bǔ)貼0.42元,市縣補(bǔ)貼0.3元);全額上網(wǎng)模式下度電補(bǔ)貼收益為1.05元/度(其中北京市光伏發(fā)電標(biāo)桿上網(wǎng)電價(jià)為0.75元,市縣補(bǔ)貼0.3元)。
