光伏組件

在有光照(無(wú)論是太陽(yáng)光,還是其它發(fā)光體產(chǎn)生的光照)情況下,電池吸收光能,電池兩端出現(xiàn)異號(hào)電荷的積累,即產(chǎn)生“光生電壓”,這就是“光生伏特效應(yīng)”。在光生伏特效應(yīng)的作用下,太陽(yáng)能電池的兩端產(chǎn)生電動(dòng)勢(shì),將光能轉(zhuǎn)換成電能,是能量轉(zhuǎn)換的器件。太陽(yáng)能電池一般為硅電池,分為單晶硅太陽(yáng)能電池,多晶硅太陽(yáng)能電池和非晶硅太陽(yáng)能電池三種。

單塊的光伏組件不能夠形成足夠的電壓用來(lái)發(fā)電,必須有一定數(shù)量的光伏組件進(jìn)行串聯(lián),形成足夠的電壓。這個(gè)電壓一般在200~1000V。

光伏直流匯流箱

在太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中,為了減少太陽(yáng)能光伏電池陣列與逆變器之間的連線使用到匯流箱。用戶可以將一定數(shù)量、規(guī)格相同的光伏電池串聯(lián)起來(lái),組成一個(gè)個(gè)光伏組串,然后再將若干個(gè)光伏組串并聯(lián)接入光伏匯流箱,為了提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性和實(shí)用性,在光伏防雷匯流箱里配置了光伏專用直流防雷模塊、直流熔斷器和斷路器等,還可以加裝監(jiān)控功能模塊方便用戶及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的掌握光伏組件的工作情況,保證太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)發(fā)揮最大功效。

逆變器

是將直流電轉(zhuǎn)換成交流電的設(shè)備。由于光伏組件方陣是直流電源,而負(fù)載是交流負(fù)載時(shí),逆變器是必不可少的。逆變器按運(yùn)行方式,可分為獨(dú)立運(yùn)行逆變器和并網(wǎng)逆變器。獨(dú)立運(yùn)行逆變器用于獨(dú)立運(yùn)行的太陽(yáng)能電池發(fā)電系統(tǒng),為獨(dú)立負(fù)載供電。并網(wǎng)逆變器是用于并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的太陽(yáng)能電池發(fā)電系統(tǒng)。

交流配電柜(并網(wǎng)柜)

作為光伏電站的總出口存在于光伏系統(tǒng)中,是連接光伏電站和電網(wǎng)的配電裝置,其主要作用是作為光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)與電網(wǎng)的分界點(diǎn)。對(duì)于低壓并網(wǎng)的光伏電站,光伏并網(wǎng)柜中還可以加裝計(jì)量、保護(hù)等功能器件。

監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng),在維護(hù)過(guò)程中可以配置監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),有助于提高運(yùn)行的可靠性,及早進(jìn)行維護(hù)工作,提高發(fā)電的效率。變壓器變壓器一般都是升壓變壓器,它將光伏逆變器所逆變出來(lái)的交流電,通過(guò)升壓達(dá)到并網(wǎng)電網(wǎng)的電壓等級(jí)。
