一、光伏組件的安裝角度

光伏組件是影響發(fā)電量的較核心因素,光伏組件的轉(zhuǎn)換率越高發(fā)電效果越好。光伏組件安裝時要盡量面向太陽輻射量較大的角度和方向,安裝角度一般是當?shù)氐木暥燃?度,安裝的方面角一般是正南稍偏西一點。

線路損耗,直流光伏線盡可能短,逆變器和電表之間距離也要短。系統(tǒng)的直流、交流回路的線損要控制在5%以內(nèi)。為此,設(shè)計上要采用導電性能好的導線,導線需要有足夠的直徑。施工不允許偷工減料。系統(tǒng)維護中要特別注意接插件以及接線端子是否牢固。

組合損失,凡是串連就會由于組件的電流差異造成電流損失;凡是并連就會由于組件的電壓差異造成電壓損失;組合損失可以達到8%以上,工程建設(shè)標準化協(xié)會標準規(guī)定小于10%。為了減少組合損失,應該在電站安裝前嚴格挑選電流一致的組件串聯(lián)。組件的衰減特性盡可能一致。根據(jù)標準規(guī)定,太陽電池組件的較大輸出功率在規(guī)定條件下試驗后檢測,其衰減不得超過8%,隔離二極管有時候是必要的。
