攪拌車在運輸混凝土時，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動造成擺動，在行進中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運行。在運輸過程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動較大的路面時，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。

混凝土攪拌車運送混凝土的時間不能超過攪拌站規(guī)定的時間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土產生離析現(xiàn)象。司機應時常觀察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時通報調度室，申請做出處理。

The time for transporting concrete by concrete mixer trucks cannot exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum should not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of the concrete. 攪拌罐車裝有混凝土時，在現(xiàn)場停滯時間不得超過1小時，如超時應立即要求現(xiàn)場負責人給予及時處理。

攪拌車運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超過2小時必須排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時，不得超過2.5小時。

混凝土攪拌車出料完畢，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結在車身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動，以清洗內壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。

After the discharge of the concrete mixer truck is completed, the inlet, discharge hopper, and discharge chute should be immediately rinsed with water from the accompanying hose to remove any dirt and residual concrete adhering to the vehicle body. Then, 150-200L of clean water should be injected into the mixing drum. This water should be drained before loading again.

混凝土攪拌車運送混凝土時，發(fā)動機轉速在1000-1400轉/分范圍內工作，以使發(fā)動機有大扭距，在運送混凝土過程中，車速不得超過40km/h，以保行車安全。

水泥攪拌車工作完畢，應把攪拌筒內部和車身清洗干凈，不能使剩余的混凝土留在筒內。

混凝土攪拌車水箱的水量要經常保持裝滿，以備急用，冬季停機后，應將水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌筒內的水放凈，并停放在朝陽、不積水的地方，以免凍壞機械。

攪拌車在冬季應及時安裝保溫套，并使用防凍液對攪拌車加以保護，根據(jù)天氣變化更換燃油標號，確保機械的正常使用。

The mixing truck should be promptly installed with insulation sleeves in winter, and protected with antifreeze. The fuel label should be changed according to weather changes to ensure the normal use of the machinery.

在檢查、修理水泥攪拌車液壓傳動部分時，應使發(fā)動機和液壓泵在沒有壓力的情況下進行。

When inspecting and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of the cement mixer truck, the engine and hydraulic pump should be operated without pressure.

在調整中科攪拌車各部間隙、行程、壓力時，應由專職安全員檢查同意;更換機件時，必須由部長或主管經理簽字，否則出現(xiàn)問題后追究有關人員責任
